While not a Kells based club the Kilkenny Canoe Club often makes use of the Kings River at Mullins Mill

Kells Gymkhana
An annual event usually held in May
the gymkhana attracts a large number of competitors.
As with most activities in Kells this event is organised and run on a voluntary basis.
